WHO CAN APPLY?

To apply for Rent to Home, applicant/s must meet all the criteria below. Please read alongside the Rent to Home Terms and Conditions before applying. Criteria will be verified if the applicant/s are successful:

I / we do not have a freehold or leasehold interest (or any other type) in a property, whether in England and Wales or in any other country
My / our annual gross income does not exceed the income brackets set out on page 7 of the Rent to Home Full Details and Terms and Conditions
I / we have a connection to The Cambridge’s heartland (you must live, work, or have a close relative living within a 15-mile radius of our branch network)
I / we have not missed more than two loan, credit card or financial commitment payments in the last 24 months
Any Bankruptcies, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Management Plans, County Court Judgements and Defaults have been satisfied for over three years (if applicable)
I / we have never missed a rental payment in the last two years
I am / we are UK citizen(s) or have the permanent right to reside in the UK, or have an EU Settlement Status
My / our income is paid in GB pounds into a UK bank account
I / we don’t have diplomatic immunity
